Can you get away with dietary indiscretions?

The blood type diet is easy, once you get used to it, and it’s a diet for life. The basic reason for adhering to the diet has to do with reducing inflammatory processes in the body. Dietary lectins in food cause selectin to bind to the endothelial layer of blood vessels. Since selectin binding of arterial walls creates an inflammatory response and inflammation has been found to underlie all disease, it makes sense to stop inflammation whenever possible. It’s a food allergy on a microscopic level; not the normal life-threatening anaphylactic type that is so dramatic. Eventually, the microscopic inflammatory process type of food allergy is life-threatening; most people simply don’t notice the slow slide into disease.

For blood type O, the diet is what I like to call Road Kill & Weeds; it is the type of carnivorous hunter-gatherer diet, since ancient times. No modern carbohydrates, very few beneficial fruits, and high protein content form the basis of this particular diet. If you think Type O’s are like cats, that makes more sense. Cats require at least six times more protein than dogs; They are obligate carnivores. Type A’s, on the other hand, are more like dogs; they can eat some meats, but not the heavy types like beef or pork, and they thrive on fruits and vegetables…and can handle carbs. Type Bs are more of the sheep herding type; they need a high protein content, like type O, but can also tolerate dairy…which none of the other types do well with. The AB types, being a mix of everything, are confusing (sorry).

When you’re looking for what type of diet will serve you for a lifetime (and diet means diet, not weight loss), a good place to start is the Blood Type Diet. Then look at the dietary requirements for each type and you can add things to get the optimal performance. Types O and B do better on the high-protein, low-carb diets, while types A and AB do better on the Zone Diet. If you then add the principles of food combining in all diets, you will get really optimal results. In fact, the results are so good that many supposedly chronic and irreversible disease states are reversed; sometimes very quickly and without medication.

In my practice, I’ve found that my patients with type O diabetes usually have diabetes and arthritis, and their blood sugar levels and joint pains reverse within two weeks when they cut out carbohydrates, especially wheat and corn. My Bs usually come with heart disease or blood disease, which is reversed by cutting out chicken and carbs. Those of Type A come with intestinal problems, diabetes and cancer, which is helped by changing the types and amounts of meat they eat. ABs come with autoimmune diseases, which are complicated and require fasting and cleansing, dietary restrictions, and lots of nutritional supplements.

Despite several outright and ridiculous dietary attempts to prove that only calories count (such as eating nothing but candy for a month), the truth is that most people can put up with some diet nonsense for a short while, but it will be a hell. pay if you continue Two months on a high-sugar diet is more than enough to lead most adults over the age of 45 to diabetes (Type II). Whether one can keep up with dietary indiscretions (or not) really depends on overall health and genetic makeup. Don’t push, it’s not worth it.
