Is interval training the best way to gain muscle fast?

Interval training, like boot camp, is said to be the fastest way to build muscle while burning fat. Apparently most gyms offer boot camp training. The exercises are done outside the buildings or you can buy DVDs and do your exercises at home.

This type of muscle building method is great because you can build mass at the same time you build straight. It also improves the heart muscles and burns fat.

Intermediate training focuses on using high-intensity workouts while giving your body the recovery time it needs to build muscle. So it’s one of the best ways to gain muscle fast and it’s a good program for everyone!
