There’s really nothing wrong with eating a lot when you’re on an exercise program. The thing to remember is that when you increase the amount of food you give your body, you also need to increase the intensity of your exercises.

You can’t completely eliminate fats and carbohydrates from your diet as these food groups provide you with the energy you need to perform your exercise routines. Moderation is the key here.
