Oh Make a ‘hit list’ – “so much to do in so little time” so prioritize; do what you can, now.

Oh Feed your spirituality find peace of mind, regularly.

Oh Stop procrastinating! – set achievable goals. Do not stop planning or you will plan to fail.

Oh “Do not go there” – that well-known phrase which, to me, means anything negative, judgmental, unsupportive, or that makes you lose control, self-respect, or your mind!

Oh slow down – find a hobby… take a vacation, seize the present moment

With these ideas to de-stress your life as a busy working mom, you can take the stress out of your daily routine and start focusing on the things that really matter.
