Article Writing: How To Prepare Before Writing A Great Article

Preparation is the key to writing a great article. Have you ever started an exercise that he had never done before, with no preparation, and then ended up pulling a muscle that put you out of commission for several weeks? For example, if you are going to run a marathon, you need to train for several months to avoid injuries. If you’re going to use article marketing to build traffic long-term, you have to prepare and practice to get good at it.

How to prepare before writing an article

1. Prepare your environment

My teenage kids seem to be able to do their homework while watching TV, talking on the cell phone, and checking Facebook. This perhaps because they are connected to multitask. Most people, myself included, need to have a calm environment for creativity to flow. This will be different for each person. The best environment for me is my home office, a comfortable chair, and a fast internet connection.

2. Prepare your mind

It’s hard to write when you’re angry, hungry, frustrated, or short on time. For creative ideas to arise from your mind, there must be peace. Compare your mind with the sea. When there is a rough sea it is difficult for it to be at peace. However, when there is a crystal clear and calm sea, your mind becomes peaceful. Some ways to calm your mind can include music, meditation, exercise, talking with a friend, sleeping, having a cup of coffee, or eating. For your ideal method to prepare your mind to write articles.

3. Write at the most creative moment of the day

Your most creative time to write may be first thing in the morning or late at night. Experiment writing at different times of the day to see which is most effective. I try to write at least one article before doing anything else in the morning, like checking and replying to email, replying to blog comments, or writing a new blog post.

4. Schedule your writing time

Have you ever spent hours answering emails, blog comments, checking forums, etc. knowing that you still need to write an article. It’s easy to put off writing if you don’t schedule an exact time to do it. I usually spend an hour in the morning writing articles. I write the start time on a piece of paper before I start and then write the end time after completing the article.

Once you develop these 4 habits, it will be easier to write articles in no time because your mind will be focused like a laser beam on one of the most important tasks of your day.
