A federal grand jury has indicted two wholesale plumbing supply companies and an individual for allegedly conspiring to fix prices for the sale of plumbing supplies throughout southeast Texas, including Fort Bend and Harris Counties. The indictment alleges that Moore Supply Company of Conroe, Morrison Supply Company of Fort Worth, and Scott Robert Sangalli, president of the Morrison Supply Company, engaged in price fixing during June 1991 through May 1992, in violation of Section One of the Sherman Act.
