Manifest the Perfect Assessment Conversation Using the Law of Attraction

“Ruby! Stop daydreaming and focus!” – I can almost hear my teachers at school yelling loudly.

For me, however, daydreaming was always a great way to focus. Focus on what I want, how it will look and feel, all the possible possibilities, and the chain of events to follow. Even at a young age, I knew that daydreaming was my thing and it made me very happy and those days would be fabulous.

As the year draws to a close, I have been thinking a lot about how 2012. And sure enough, I have had quite a few clients who are taking coaching sessions because they are so concerned about the annual evaluations that need to be done early! from 2012!

And even for the self-employed, this time could mean looking at what we have accomplished in 2010 and planning what we would like to do in 2012.

For me, pre-paving or as Abraham calls it, Segment Intending, is a great tool that can be used for this purpose.

The way I understand pre-paving as a process is to see something happen before it manifests in your reality. We attract our experience every second, so by focusing on a particular event or situation, we can precisely create the reality that we would like.

And for me, daydreaming is the best way to pre-pave. Doing this as many times as possible throughout the day will, over time, make you a deliberate powerful creator. (I wonder what my school teachers will say about this!)

The thing to remember here is that Source does not care if you are vibrating from a place of reality or imagination. Simply deliver what you are vibrating. I got this quote from the learnings from the movie The Secret:

“The law of attraction is impersonal, it works like photocopying. What you are thinking and feeling in each moment and then sending an exact photocopy that becomes your life. That makes your ability to change your whole world very easy. Change the outside world all you have to do is change the way you think and feel and the law of attraction will photocopy the change. “

So here’s how you can take creative control of your life and that troubling Evaluation conversation with your boss:

  • Spend time dreaming about how the appraisal might turn out. As often as you can.
  • Imagine the conversation you will have with your boss. Play!
  • Imagine how your boss will react. What kind of comments and suggestions will be given?
  • Imagine a relaxed, friendly, collaborative, and constructive evaluation interview.
  • Look at yourself happy and satisfied when you leave.

I’ve been practicing silent assessment conversations this month and it seems to put a lot of people in a more relaxed place. And that’s a great place to be when you are manifesting abundance in your life!

Get on with the dream, prepare a fantastic appraisal. Remember that YOU are in control of your life.
