Penis stretch or penis weights?

I’ve seen this topic debated in the last 12 years or so that I can count. Basically, both methods have their individual merits. “Pros and cons” if you will.

First, stretching with hands.

advantages with “hand stretching,” as it’s often called in the physical education community, are often cited as follows:

It can be done anytime you drop your pants.

No “tools” or devices required.

A guy can stretch in any direction he can imagine.

Many stretch variations can be done. You can use just your hands, incorporate a spell “leverage” point with the forearm of your other hand or a pipe for example. These seem to improve the perceived stretch and therefore it is often reasoned that stretching is or should be more effective.

Cons manual stretching are often cited as:

Requires the use of hands. This prevents any kind of multitasking. You can only stretch during your stretching routine and do nothing else.

It requires a LOT of mental stamina and concentration. You are your own “drill sergeant.”

There is no way to really determine the amount of resistor used. The resistance is based entirely on your level of physical strength and your perception of the stretch.

The hands have many small muscle groups with very low levels of resistance. Hands get tired very quickly. This limits not only the amount of resistance that can be applied, but also the duration of each stretch. Therefore, it is necessary to do multiple repetitions of stretching. The average man is able to hold a stretch for 30-60 seconds by communicating with men about their stretching routines and my own experience.

As the penis adapts to the resistance applied through stretching, more force is required to continue to enlarge the penis. Most men are not bodybuilders and are limited in the amount of resistance they can continue to apply to their penis with their muscles.

Combine all of these “Cons”, and stretching is pretty limited and involves a lot of guesswork.

Hanging weights, “Pros and Cons”.

advantages:

It is possible to use an exact amount of predetermined resistance in the form of an amount of weight. Typically barbell plate weights. No guesswork.

Weights are easy to get and don’t cost much. Usually a few dollars per dish depending on the weight level of the dish.

It is possible to hold a stretch by hanging weights for a predetermined amount of time. There is no guesswork here either. Instead of several “around” stretches (guessing again) of 30 to 60 seconds each, a man can hold ONE long stretch for 15 to 20 minutes at a time.

As the penis adapts and requires more weight/resistance to continue to make it bigger, more weight can easily be added.

Cons:

Requires a hanging device. A “perch” as it is more commonly called. These can be man-made for a few dollars or purchased “prepared”. The price will vary. Some devices cost up to $200. “Premade” hangers are always the best route, as they actually support the penis the way it’s meant to be from the inside out.

It requires wrapping the penis to protect the skin. This is not difficult to learn how to do correctly.

Requires purchase of weights. However, as mentioned above, these are inexpensive.

It requires a man to stand or sit in one position for 15 to 20 minutes at a time for a few “sets” per day. The good news is that your hands and mind are free to multitask. I often read, watch TV, watch movies, surf the Internet, talk on the phone, etc. while hanging.

Hanging weights is an investment, but a very small one. Many men happily pay THOUSANDS of dollars for surgery that carries many more risks than hanging weights. Risks such as infection, rejection, retraction or loss of size, and (surprise???) the use of a post-operative hanging device to obtain the best results. Surgery does not carry a guarantee of results either. The physician will make a vague statement such as “You can expect between a half inch and an inch of flaccid length gain, and I cannot guarantee erect length gain, however, if you engage in proper post-op protocol (i.e., hanging weights ) can increase from one to three inches over several months. SOOOO, why have surgery when you can just hang weights, save a TON of $$, and basically have the same chance of earning?

By following a simple and well-guided routine, a man can gain as much size as he wants. It’s not rocket science.
