Show off your curves with pride: you are a beautiful and healthy woman

I start my day by going to the gym for an intense training session; I go on strict diets in hopes of losing some weight. I don’t do this because my body doesn’t impress me, but because it doesn’t impress society. Every day is a struggle: a neighbor, a relative and sometimes even a friend remind me that I have gained a lot of weight and force me to fight with my body.

I enjoy it? Of course not, and I’m sure anyone who’s working out or dieting under pressure isn’t enjoying it.

I’ve been through a lot, I’ve heard people say mean things about me and stare at me, but nothing bothers me now! I’m happy to be him Fat woman I am, and if you’re as fat as me, you should be happy too. Stop blaming others for how you feel. Do you remember what Eleanor Roosevelt said? She said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” Sorry to burst the bubble, girls, but it wasn’t the others who made fun of you, it was you who demeaned yourself and gave them the freedom to shame you.

I understand and agree that a ‘slender slim body’ with the perfect abs has become the new ‘fashion’, but this does not mean that you have to fit into the norms established by society. Let people call you fat, curvy, fuller, plus size, obese, chubby, or any other similar word that suits their taste. It’s okay to exercise if you want to, but don’t starve yourself because someone else told you to. Give yourself treats that you love; It’s okay to have a cheese burst pizza along with some chips and chocolate if you like, or you can just enjoy some juice if that pleases you. Remember that the life you lead is yours and no one has the right to judge you based on your size, the clothes you wear or the food you eat. Relax!

As for me, I learned things the long way: it took me several years to accept my fat body and understand that there is no definition of a perfect body. Whether I’m fat or skinny, people will always find their reasons to insult me.

The kind of negativity that spins around plus size it doesn’t irritate me I’m a believer in self love, my size doesn’t bother me anymore. To the people who sympathize too much with me, I would like to say: “I don’t care. Stop wasting time here!”

Believe me when I tell you that you will feel extremely confident and comfortable if you learn to show off your curves with pride. Remember that you are a healthy and beautiful woman and no one can take that away from you.
